The owners live in Marigny and are waiting for you , near Fondettes , with Tours 10 km away and 2 km from Luynes .

“Marigny” which faces south, is on 2.5 ha where the owners lives on the property. They rent out a separate stone built section of the home which has exposed beams, 3 bedrooms , a large living room with a mezzanine , an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
Access is through an attractive paved patio which leads onto a large shaded lawn .
