Marigny which faces south, is on 2.5 ha park. The owners lives on the property where they rent out a separate stone built section of the home which has exposed beams, 3 bedrooms , a large living room with a mezzanine , an equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
Access is through an attractive paved patio which leads onto a large shaded lawn .
